Founded in 2021 by Victor Basier and Dorian Bonnardel, PHILARTMEDIA STUDIO is a sound post-production company.

PHILARTMEDIA STUDIO’s activities include voice-over recording, dubbing, sound effects production, sound editing, mixing, and above all, original music composition.

PHILARTMEDIA STUDIO’s main objective is to connect audiovisual producers with sound artists. We are ready to adapt to all your sound production needs thanks to our expertise across all styles, and we can accommodate any artistic genre. Our teams also have the necessary skills to meet your arrangement, orchestration, or recording needs for your musical projects.

Dorian bonnardel

Composer & Partner

Dorian began his musical journey at the age of 6 in Grenoble. He started learning percussion at a municipal music school and simultaneously studied music theory, which helped him grasp and understand musical notation.
Passionate about creating and inventing, he joined a wind orchestra that encouraged him to write his first percussion pieces at the age of 11. He then learned piano, a rich instrument that allowed him to expand his compositions and led him to discover Computer-Assisted Music (MIDI). Influenced by film music during his adolescence, Dorian decided to focus his professional path on composing for image. He then joined this program at the Annecy Conservatory and developed all the essential skills needed for creating music for film.
He then composed music for animation film school projects and learned sound design. Enriched by this experience, he launched the Philartmedia Studio project in 2022 to contribute to the company’s musical and sound creations.

Victor Basier

Producteur exécutif & Co-Fondateur

Victor Basier began studying music at the age of 8, learning the saxophone at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional (CRR) of Nice.
Ten years later, he obtained his CEM with honors. After joining the CHAM orchestra of the CRR, conducted by Mr. Thibault Ponsin, he discovered film music and developed a deep passion for it.
He then began writing arrangements of the most well-known soundtracks for quartet, octet, and eventually large saxophone ensemble.
His teacher’s trust allowed him to have his pieces performed in concert, where they were met with great success.
Eager to take the next step, he tried his hand at composing in a very cinematic style.
Very quickly, he became interested in this field and discovered the Composition for Image class at the CRR of Annecy, taught by Mr. Olivier Militon.
Victor joined this class in 2018 and began composing music for several student films from schools such as ArtFx, ECV, ESMA, Les Gobelins, etc.
